Founding story
Rockhopper started with a professional pain point
Our CEO led finance teams that relied on spreadsheets to support critical decisions, but unclear change tracking, version friction, and lack of stakeholder alignment made that work inefficient and risk-prone.
Now AI agents are coming to those same spreadsheets.
The governance layer needs to be there for this new reality. Rockhopper is the source of truth and assurance layer for AI-augmented finance teams. Enterprises cannot afford to get it wrong.

Sebastian felt this problem firsthand. 10 years in corporate finance at S&P Global and in municipal government meant a decade of spreadsheet reviews that happened in email, versions nobody could track, and audits nobody was ready for. He built Rockhopper because he knew exactly what was broken.
